Step 1
Create a Google account.

Visit blogger.com

Click on create blog as shown on the image below

Sign in with you gmail account or create one if you do not have a gmail account.

You will be taken to a page where you will be asked to choose a url for your blog fill in your desired name for your blog note it will have a blogspot.com extension for example if you choose “niceshoes” as your name then your will look like this “niceshoes.blogspot.com”.
